I really enjoyed this beautifully kept place, stayed there for 4 nights. the room was beautifully decorated with a pleasant view over the hills. the bed was extremely comfy. There were a safe box, a mini bar, and central heating to use. the service was very good. the pool was very clean. Lucky me, got concierge service free of charge too.

The hotel is gorgeous, has great location close enough to the train station and beach, Portofino and the center of town. Make sure you stay in the superior room with balcony and lovely views...

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location near the station, village, beach, and Cinque Terre region. the staff were friendly and welcoming, allowing us to check in early. the rooms were tastefully decorated with a large balcony overlooking the mountains and a beautiful outdoor pool. the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. the breakfast served in the lovely garden and terrace offered a wide variety of options including eggs, cheese, ham, pastries, fruit, and cereals. the homemade yogurt was particularly delicious. a great base for exploring the area.

We loved this hotel! It was conveniently located close to transportation facilities and the city centre. The hotel facilities were great, especially the clean swimming pool. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a variety of options, and the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly.

Located right next to the train station, it was the perfect spot for us to travel with our 2 small kids. We loved the hiking options nearby and enjoyed the outdoor pool. Our room was comfortable and very clean, with a lovely balcony to relax on. the breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed eating in the gorgeous outdoor breakfast nooks.

The limited parking made it difficult for us to park our rental car, but we didn't need it because of the great train links nearby.

I keep coming back because of the helpful staff who assisted me with exchanging money during my first stay. The hotel has Wi-Fi, luggage storage, a bar, a restaurant, and a fitness center. It also offers a welcome drink, laundry service, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The rooms have flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, and there is no smoking on-site. I am excited to return for New Year's!

Beautifully Restored - The hotel is a special, magical place, brought back into use through an evocative restoration which has preserved its spirit and austere, simple uniqueness.

Impractical Room Layout - The room we stayed in was strange and impractical, as it seemed to have been originally two rooms made into one. The air conditioning struggled to cool down the large space, making it uncomfortably warm.

The food was pretty good, and the staff was really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was ideally situated near the train station and had a great view of the beautiful surroundings. Plus, the rooms were spacious and clean, which made our stay quite comfortable.

I have to say that the service wasn't very efficient, and we had some concerns with the maintenance of the facilities. our room had a musty smell that never quite went away, which made it difficult to enjoy our stay as much as we would have liked.
